Glossy Skin
It’s time to put the powder down and embrace glossy skin. Dewy, glossy, glowy, juicy… Whatever you know it as, this youthful skin glow is a trend that celebs and influencers are obsessing over. If you are a little afraid of the glow, you can control the shine in the t-zone with a touch of powder. Queen of instagram selfies Jess Hunt nails the dewy skin look, take Jess’s advice and start with a glowy, natural blush with a tad bit of shimmer is a great place to start.

But this isn’t your average pony, and achieving that perfect sleek look takes some effort. So how do you avoid looking like a Phil Mitchel instead of Kim Kardashian? Winged liner
If you work incredibly well under pressure, you’re probably great at winged eyeliner. But if you’re like the rest of us that breaks out in a nervous sweat as soon as you pick up a liquid liner, then we’re here to help. No matter how much you practice, you may need a little help getting an ultra-precise, wing. This is where tape comes in, stick a one-inch piece of makeup tape (or Scotch tape) underneath your bottom lashes and angle it based on how dramatic you want your flick. Then, with your eyeliner of choice, trace along your lash line, following the edge of the tape to create a crisp wing.
And voilà you’ve created the liner of dreams.

A Pop Of Pink.
When it comes to nailing that night out glam it’s easy to get stuck in the same nude tones and comfort zones. One quick glance at Kylie Jenner’s glam meets dreamy makeup look of petal-pink eyeshadow studded with matching barnet is all the proof we need that pink is making a major comeback. You don’t have to stick with baby pink, there’s plenty of shades of pink to choose from, including dark magenta, peach, and coral, and when in doubt just keep it simple and match your eyes to your blusher.

Mermaid Waves.
You know you’re a ’90s kid if you can still recite all of the lyrics to ‘Under the Sea’ like it’s 1989. Even though we’ll never turn down a Little Mermaid binge sesh, we’ve got some new real-life mermaids to look to for hair inspiration these days. Recently, we’ve seen tons of celebs and influencers all rocking long, glossy ‘mermaid’ waves. This look can be easily achieved by braiding your partly damp hair and allowing it to dry for that messy beach look or using a 3 barrel heated waver to create these sleek glossy mermaid looks.

Soft Glam.
If no-makeup, makeup and full glam had a baby you would get soft glam. Soft glam is makeup that looks quite literally, soft. Even if it involves a bold eye shadow, the application and marriage of products look unified and seamless. One of our fave looks is Shay Mitchell featuring a glowing skin, glossy lips, fluffy brows, and warm, hazy eyes.

Messy Braid.
Ever wonder how we achieve those Instagram worthy braids everyone loves? It’s actually super easy! Firstly you’ll need dirty hair to add to texture and dry shampoo, a girl’s best friend. Part your hair down the middle, to the side or just brush it all back (whatever works for you) and then loosely French braid each section all the way down and secure with a hair elastic and pull apart until you’ve reached that messy ‘lived in’ look.
