Despite what you might think, just because a handful of attractive young singletons manage to find ‘love’ in a romantic villa in the heart of Spain, it doesn’t mean it will last forever – especially when you return back to reality. While the show has been going for nearly five years, very few couples that were formed on the dating show have actually stood the test of time.
So here’s a look back at the Love Island couples who are still together, and who got well and truly mugged off.

Jamie Jewitt and Camilla Thurlow, Season 3 (2017)
Status: still together
Camilla didn’t have the best luck at the beginning of her Love Island experience. Luckily, model Jamie entered the villa late to sweep her off her feet. Fast forward and the couple are still together, have moved in together and become parents to two dogs.
Camilla and Jamie recently announced they are expecting a real baby together, due in October. Camilla announced in an IG post: “So @jamiejewitt_ and I have managed to make something pretty special ? and we’re not talking about the video… ???? #17weeks #October2020”

Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury, Season 5 (2019)
Status: still together
Despite many fans of the show accusing the fashion influencer of faking her feelings, the couple are still together. After being crowned runners up, they proved doubters wrong, outlasting the 2019 Winners Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea. They moved in together after just a few months, and have just recently moved to a luxurious penthouse just outside Manchester.

Curtis Pritchard and Maura Higgins, Season 5 (2019)
Status: Mugged off
Curtis and Maura lasted an entire eight months before splitting, which is basically a lifetime when it comes to Love Island relationships. Sharing the news on socials, Maura wrote on Instagram: ‘Curtis and I have made the decision to separate. We enjoyed a great experience from our time in the villa and want to thank everyone for supporting our relationship.’
Fans speculated the break-up was due to Maura getting closer with her Dancing On Ice partner Alex Demetriou when it was announced shortly after that the professional skaters are said to be “taking a break” from their four-year marriage.
